Quality Assurance

Zero-Defect Delivery

Strategic Overview

In a digital-first world, a bug is not just an inconvenience; it is a reputational risk and a revenue leak. NEYD's Quality Assurance practice functions as the guardian of your brand integrity. We reject the old model of QA as a final 'check' at the end of development. Instead, we advocate for 'Shift Left' testing, where quality is baked into the requirement and design phases.

We build sophisticated, automated test harnesses that function as a safety net for your engineering teams. By automating regression suites, smoke tests, and API contract verification, we enable your developers to deploy with confidence, knowing that existing functionality remains stable. Our SDETs (Software Development Engineers in Test) write code to test code, integrating seamlessly into your CI/CD pipelines.

Beyond functionality, we pressure-test your systems for non-functional requirements. Our performance engineers simulate Black Friday-level traffic loads to identify bottlenecks before your customers do. Our security testers perform continuous vulnerability scanning to ensure data integrity. With NEYD QA, you stop hoping for quality and start engineering it.

Test Automation

End-to-end regression suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines using Playwright and Cypress.

Performance Engineering

Load testing and stress testing to validate system breaking points under peak traffic.

Security Testing

Vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and static code analysis (SAST).

Compliance Audits

Ensuring adherence to strict SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR data handling standards.

Our Process

We follow a six-step process

01

Discovery

We begin by understanding your project's goals, requirements, and quality standards. Through detailed discussions, we identify the key areas where quality assurance is critical and define the skills and expertise required to meet your expectations.

02

Selection

With access to a network of experienced QA professionals, we carefully select the right experts for your project. Whether you need manual testing, automated testing, or performance testing, we match you with QA specialists who have the technical skills to ensure the highest quality.

03

Onboarding

Once the ideal QA experts are selected, we facilitate a smooth onboarding process. They quickly align with your workflows, tools, and team structure, ensuring seamless integration with your existing processes and minimal disruption to your project timeline.

04

Execution

Our QA specialists work as an extension of your team, rigorously testing your product to identify bugs, performance issues, and user experience flaws. They follow a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure your software is robust, reliable, and ready for release.

05

Scaling

We understand that your testing needs may grow or change as your project evolves. Whether you need additional QA resources for new features or increased testing coverage, we offer the flexibility to scale your team to meet evolving requirements.

06

Support

Even after your product is launched, we provide ongoing QA support. Our team remains available for post-release testing, bug fixes, and performance optimizations, ensuring your software continues to meet high-quality standards as your business scales.

Engagement Details

The talents work remotely from home, at our premises in Tbilisi, Georgia, or in their local coworking spaces.

We evaluate the candidates' experience and present you with the top options for the final interview. Alternatively, you can test them on your end to ensure you make the right decision.

Talents can use their own hardware, or we can provide laptops tailored to your specific requirements. If our setup doesn't meet your needs, you can either rent hardware from us or send your own equipment to our office in Tbilisi.

Our talents are entitled to up to 24 days of paid vacation per year. Consultants and freelancers can take up to 24 days of unpaid vacation annually, meaning you only pay for the time they actually work.

Our talents are entitled to up to 40 days of paid sick leave per year, while consultants and freelancers are entitled to up to 40 days of unpaid sick leave annually. This ensures you only pay for the time worked, not for sick days.
